Starting from August 17th 2002 onward, we do put up limited resources on rehabilitation for people with mental handicap in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & China in English. You may also search the Social Welfare Department or the Hong Kong Council of Social Service for services available for English speaking adults with mental handicap in Hong Kong.
